Materials & Methods: Prospective observational study conducted at a dermatology department over 12 months. Patch testing was done using the Indian Standard Series (ISS). Clinical correlation, grading, and relevance of positive reactions were assessed.
Results: Out of ___ patients, __% showed positive patch test results. Common allergens identified were nickel sulfate, potassium dichromate, fragrance mix, paraben mix, colophony, and neomycin. Females showed higher positivity to nickel, whereas construction workers showed higher positivity to chromates.
